No pressure. No performance. Just support that fits real life.

Confidential, non‑clinical support held with clear professional boundaries.

Your questions, answered

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many clients are self‑identified or exploring. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from ND‑affirming coaching.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. This is non‑clinical coaching. I don’t diagnose or treat conditions. If therapy or medical input would help, I’ll signpost gently.

Do you work directly with young people?

I coach parents. With appropriate consent and when suitable, we can include short joint segments.

Do I need to already identify as ND?

No—many clients are exploring or unsure.

What if executive function gets in the way?

That’s expected. We design low‑demand routines, prompts and supports to help you stay on track without pressure.

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours’ notice where possible. Life happens — we keep things human.

You don’t have to mask or explain here.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what you need — that’s completely okay.

We’ll take it one small, manageable step at a time.
